By creating an ElevatePay account you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria with a valid BVN to use regulated features such as virtual cards.

2. Your account

Keep your password and transaction PIN confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Transactions

Transfers, bill payments, card funding, and crypto deposits are processed through Flutterwave. Daily limits apply based on your KYC tier. Some transactions may be delayed or declined for compliance reasons.

4. Fees

Applicable fees are shown before you confirm a transaction.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use ElevatePay for money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or any unlawful activity. We may freeze or close accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Liability

ElevatePay is not liable for losses arising from incorrect details you provide, or from events outside our reasonable control.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
